Are you still operating as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Yes; we are still operating as normal with receiving and processing orders. However, please be aware that the delivery of your order may be delayed due to the virus. Average waiting times for our courier services are 4-5 working days

 

I`ve just purchase my private registration, is my email proof of ownership?

We appreciate the excitement of getting a brand new private reg! However unfortunately, this isn`t a suitable enough proof of entitlement. You will receive a v750 through the post within 2-3 days of purchasing your private reg. When you receive this you will be able to purchase you new number plate from us!

Can I collect my order?

We do offer a local collection service. If you select the collection option and we have received your order you will be sent a collection slot to retrieve your plates. We ask to bring all relevant documentation with you for us to check, then your plates will be made whilst you are here.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed the same day we receive you Identification and Entitlement documents, so if you are still waiting for your plates verify firstly that you have sent all relevant documentation. Secondly, dependant on your selected delivery service couriers may take from 1-5 days from when we receive your documentation. If you have any further questions about where your order is, please do not hesitate to contact us via our social media outlets, email or website.

Are 3D and 4D plates road legal?

Yes; Our plates are 100% road legal. See here a link to the DVLA website that lists all requirements for road legal number plates. We will not process orders that request show plates and only fully road legal counterparts.

 

Do my plates come with warranty?

Yes; all of our plates come with a 1 year guaranteed warranty. This warranty covers for any separation of the reflective acrylic from the plate and imperfection and de-lamination of lettering. For any queries around what else is included in your warranty, contact us and we`d be happy to help.

What if I am not satisfied with my plates?

We pride ourselves on providing some of the best quality number plates on the market that are handmade to order, so on the odd occasion you aren’t satisfied with your plates we are always are willing to try to rectify issues. Please note we do operate a no refund policy on all our products, with every registration being unique to you. However, please contact us for any problems and we will help the best way we can.

What documents do I have to supply?

It is a legal requirement for all registered number plate suppliers to request proof of identity and proof of entitlement of your registration. Please find more information on our Valid Documentation page.

Please note, all personal data collection is stored in accordance to GDPR guidelines. All personal data and information is kept for a maximum of 3 years before destroyed appropriately.

Can I have my plates tinted?

We do not offer tinted / illegally spaced or number plates that have the incorrect sized letters. These are illegal and do not abide by the DVLA`s guidelines for number plates.

Are your plates jet wash proof?

Yes; our gel resin and 4d lettering has very strong adhesive layering, so they are totally safe to be jet washed. If you have had a problem when letters have become de-laminated from the acrylic, contact us and we will try to accommodate the best we can!
